È nato il 7 ottobre 1983 a Recco, sulla costa
orientale della Liguria dove ha sempre
vissuto; qui il rapporto con la natura è la
vita stessa, e al mare Williams ha
consacrato la sua esistenza.
Dopo una formazione tecnica, la sua
carriera in mare inizia molto presto
quando si imbarca come mozzo sui battelli, poi prosegue come comandante sulle barche charter da trasporto passeggeri e sulle barche a vela.
Ha al suo attivo più di 15 anni di esperienza nel settore della navigazione costiera.
Da sempre coltiva la passione per la pesca, avvicinandosi negli ultimi anni alla tecnica del catch&release.

Aiuto skipper - istruttore subacqueo - pescatore
Filippo nasce a Genova il 2 agosto 1985.
Ha cominciato l'attività subacquea da giovanissimo autodidatta praticando la caccia in apnea.
Negli anni acquisisce i brevetti di istruttore subacqueo, operando per diversi diving sul territorio nonché per l’Acquario di Genova.
Grande viaggiatore e appassionato di fotografia, si è occupato negli ultimi anni anche di pesca professionista imbarcandosi, nel Porto di Camogli, con i marinai locali.

He was born on October 7, 1983 in Recco, on the east coast of Liguria where he has always lived. Here the relationship with nature is life itself, and Williams has consecrated his existence to the Sea. After a technical training, his career starts very early when he board as cabin boy on the boats, then goes on as commander on yatches and sailboats. It has more than 10 years of experience in the sailing, even luxury. He has always cultivated the passion for fishing and is also approaching the catch and release technique recently.

Filippo was born in Genova on August 2, 1985. He started underwater activity from very young self-taught by practicing hunting in apnea. In the years he acquired underwater instructor patents, working for several diving center on the territory as well as for the Aquarium of Genova. He is a great traveler and a passionate photographer, has also been engaged in professional fishing in recent years, embarking in the Port of Camogli with local sailors.
